You know me by now, I love a good food fest; all the sizzling food, the smoke and smells, the ‘argh! I can’t choose!’ decisions and fact that gluttony is totally allowed, makes it my kind of environment!
I popped down to the regenerated kings cross canal area (remember when I gave roller skating a go here?!) for the return of Kerb Saturdays to nab myself a one-of-a-kind burger and to get a few tips from professional photographer Paul Hames who runs photography workshops around London. Where better to practice aperture adjustments (I’m so bad at remembering to increase it when shooting scenery) than at a busy market eh? Even though I use my camera at least once a week, I’m always up for hearing the basics again as there’s always the odd tip to pick up!
Back to the grub I ended up choosing… Well it had to be a burger now didn’t it! Bill or Beak won my hungry eyes with their incredible sounding pork on duck with cheese concoction. Truly, madly, deeply delicious. Square Root‘s natural strawberry soda was my tipple of choice, leaving me feeling like a chirpy child at a birthday party. Good times! Get yourself down to Kerb today.
Hey Epiphannie and your infectious grin!
Thanks to Simply Health for the day out!
