The Bath Christmas Market
Merry Christmas time to you all! I do hope you’ve had a safe and happy last few days and if you’re in the UK, not been flooded like we almost were. Right now, I’m typing from France where I spend each Xmas and the exciting news is that it’s not all over yet! For tomorrow, when we’re back in England, I’ll be celebrating Christmas day again; doing the whole presents thing and the big dinner with my parents and brother. Yep, I’ve managed to hold out this long!
If you’re a big blog reader then you may have heard a fair amount about the beautiful Somerset city of Bath where Megan had organised a big Blogging group trip to explore the city. Kristabel and I took a coach from London, ambled along the beautiful British high streets (seriously, this is the place to do your xmas shopping next year!), finally got to check out the Fashion Museum which showcases historical and contemporary pieces and then finally the brilliant Bath Christmas Market where I picked up a hearty mulled wine and a couple of cute gifts.
The city is definitely worth a visit f you’re after some true British charm and a killer shopping city although it’s pretty packed in December. If you’re a coffee affectionado, you must try coffee house Colonna & Smalls and if you’re up for a killer take away meal for the journey home, it’s got to be a fat Mission burrito!
Have you been to Bath?
