Me & Zena for Saatchi Gallery!

Aren’t those paint pot rings just awesome!? Hopefully your excitement levels have peaked since scrolling down these photos, just as mine did when I skipped over to the Pompom Factory bedecked shelves at Me & Zena HQ. I’ve been a Me & Zena girl for quite a while – picking up a cute keyhole keyring and my well worn broken heart ring from their sample sale stand in East London a couple of years ago. (You simpleh MUST go next time there’s a sample sale – bargains!) Hearing about an artistic collaboration sounded just fab,¬†particularly¬†as the brand tend to create limited collections, which gets me sitting at the edge of my seat every time I hear there’s new stock!

I just love what Zena has done for Saachi and I love even more that the amazing Biscuiteers made edible versions of the jewellery! The icing detail is quite astonishing and I don’t know about you, but I could never master drawing flowers on cakes with those darn squeezy icing tubes… Anyway, Me & Zena have been selling in the Sacchi for a couple of years but it’s lovely to see a unique collaborative collection! Don’t you just love the shoot below – perfect! If you don’t know Me & Zena, do take a look, they create such beautiful, well made jewellery with a big dollop of fun and quirk. The sort that feels nice and heavy in your hand!

The collection comprises of paint drip heart necklaces and earrings, paint can pendant and earrings and the super-cool paint rings. I also was lucky enough to get a sneak peek at next season’s samples and, eek, I can’t wait!!
