Mulberry - A brand I absolutely adore and one of England’s biggest fashion success stories of the moment. The brand is going from strength to strength and touted as having the potential to equal the accolades of Burberry. Last month I visited the brands birthplace in Shepton Mallet and had the honour of a complete surprise meeting with the founder Roger Saul! (To see his latest big Somerset venture see Carries latest post) I thought you might be interested to see the naughty purchase I made last time I visited the Factory Store.
Now I’m a fashion student who likes to save but who is equally more than pleased when ‘treat time’ comes around. The time where some excuse like I did well in my 2nd year of uni is thought up in order to justify buying something more than a little over budget. One of the reasons I now have no monies is this splurge but when prices are soooo much lower than in other stores, you kind of have to right?! After seeing these shoes on the website and luu-hhsting, I knew they had to be snapped up when they were in the shop. I don’t know really why I thought I could spend it, I just fell in love. Yep, I fell in love with shoes. I think someone should thrust some tablets and needles in me because this growing condition is both dangerous and ridiculous. *slaps wrist* …
… But aren’t they just lovely?!
