The Vintage Patisserie and their incredible scones and Spiked Tea (Champagne with Jasmine Tea! with raspberries that spun on bubbles!) Delicious! All set out on a beautifully laid vintage table.
Welcome on board Rokits Vintage Rokitship! AKA the Rokit Vintage Warehouse of fun. Pretty cool huh? In the quaint residential area of Seven Sisters in North London, a group of happy vintage dressed Bloggers, 3 bands and a bunch of Creatives collected to have a jolly fun time dressing up, sipping spiked tea all in the name of recycling lovely old clothes on an incredible scale. This has to be one of the most fun ways to spend an afternoon in a very long time. Not only was the warehouse itself incredible with piles of denim too big to get your head round and rails up on rails of sorted clothes, but Rokit had treated us all to a home made stage with retro bands playing, the Vintage Patisserie high tea table, The Illustrated Nail station and a Mario, a lovely club photographer who took cool snaps of us wearing ridiculous outfits (well in my case anyway…) I’m very thankful for the incredible spread they put on which has inspired me in what you could do for a wedding! It was brilliant for me to see the behind the scenes of the business. As you can see below, there’s a sewing station where Rokit Recycled operate and all other services all under the one biiig roof. Its funny that when you go into a Rokit store, you don’t think about all this behind the scenes! It was very much a pleasure to see 🙂
